Pat provided an in depth home inspection with very thorough documentation and follow up on his findings- all of my questions and concerns were answered.
I was present for part of the inspection and Pat did a good job of showing me around the property so that I could see, in person, what his findings were.
Thanks to his due diligence, I felt comfortable stepping into my new home.

I highly recommend contacting Pat for any of your home inspection needs! He was very knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions. I chose him because I wanted to make sure I had someone who really knew what they were doing. I have talked to a lot of people who hired a big inspection company and got a less than qualified person coming to their house. At least with Pat, you know who you are getting, and you know he is an expert.

Very thorough, and detailed inspection. We had two different properties we were interested in at the time, and he did them both in a timely and affordable fashion. He was able to make our decision very easy with how precise the inspections were. We are a family of 4 and he had us in his best interest. I recommend Canadeo Home Inspections to everyone I know, and will continue to do so.

Pat is a down to earth, easy to talk to guy who did a fabulous job on our home inspection(s). He was VERY thorough and broke things down in a comprehensible manner. So much so that when our initial purchase fell through due to the seller’s backing out, we immediately turned to him again for our second home inspection. He was empathetic to our time crunch and fit us in his schedule in a timely manner. And, one of the few that does not only full home inspections but also well/sewer inspections which is a must when purchasing in the Northwoods. I would 100% recommend him/Canadeo Home inspection!
Very knowledgeable and thorough service. Many fine details were listed in the report that I would have otherwise missed. He left “no stone unturned” and really gave every architectural, electrical, plumbing, and even agricultural build a complete analysis and inspection. Very friendly, focused, and helpful. I highly recommend his service to anybody requesting a home inspection. Trust me – you’ll sleep better knowing he did your report!

We cannot say enough good things about Pat and Canadeo Home Inspection! Pat is friendly, caring, and thorough. He has a ton of experience which is evident when speaking to him. We have had Pat do a home inspection, septic inspection, water inspection, winterize, and dewinterize our home. We absolutely would use Pat again for any of these services. We have found that he goes above and beyond the services he provides.
