- Foundation & Crawl Spaces
- Basement
- Structural Components
- Exterior (doors, windows, siding)
- Driveways & Walkways

- Interior (doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, stairs)
- Attic, Insulation, & Ventilation

- Electrical System
- Built-in Appliances
We utilize several tools for our home inspections in order to deliver the most accurate evaluation possible, including a moisture meter, carbon monoxide detector, and gas leak detector.
A WDI Inspection is included with a complete home inspection at no extra cost to ensure that the property isn’t affected by damage caused by termites, carpenter ants, or other wood-destroying insects.
ADDITIONAL INSPECTION SERVICES

Pre-Listing Inspection
Selling a home can be done much more smoothly if you bring in a professional home inspector to take a look at the property beforehand. By gaining a better understanding of your home’s strengths and weaknesses, you’ll be able to make repairs if necessary to preserve the value of the property, and you’ll be able to communicate known issues with prospective buyers right away—helping to avoid stalled negotiations.

Mold Inspection
This inspection service will determine if a home is affected by visible mold damage. We’ll also collect a sample of the mold if necessary to have it tested and identified, ensuring that you know exactly what you’re dealing with.

Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occuring gas that originates from the gradual breakdown of certain types of rock and soil. When radon escapes from underground, it can penetrate the structure of homes—becoming a huge health risk for residents. Radon exposure is the second leading cause of lung cancer, and all home buyers should have a home professionally tested before making a buying decision.

WDI/Termite Inspection
This inspection service is included for free with any complete home inspection, but we also offer it as a standalone service. We’ll thoroughly evaluate a property for signs of damage caused by wood-destroying insects so that you can be aware of potential issues before moving forward with a home purchase.

Water Testing
We’ll collect water samples from a home’s tap and well to send off for laboratory testing. The results of the testing will reveal if the water contains dangerous contaminants such as coliform bacteria, arsenic, or radon.

Light Commercial Inspection
This inspection service is designed to reveal the condition of small commercial properties such as storefronts and office spaces. We’ll thoroughly inspect the property’s visible and readily accessible structure and installed mechanical systems.

Winterization & De-Winterization
This inspection service will identify the steps that need to be taken to safely winterize or de-winterize a home. We’ll guide you on everything that needs to done to prepare a home for winter, and what will need to be changed when the weather warms back up in order to maximize the safety and efficiency of the home.

Septic & Well Evaluations
The well and septic systems of a home are critical to a safe and comfortable living space. We’ll evaluate the condition of these systems to determine if there are potential issues that need to be corrected with the structural or mechanical components. We’ll also determine if the septic tank needs to be pumped.

Indoor Air Quality Testing
For this inspection service, we’ll test a home’s air quality so that you can have peace of mind knowing the air you breathe is safe. We’ll test for pollutants such as mold, dander, and harmful chemical compounds.

Asbestos Testing
It’s a good idea to schedule this inspection service if you’re thinking about buying an older home. Although asbestos is no longer used in home construction, it was once used prominently in insulation and certain paints. Asbestos is a known health risk, and we want to make sure that your prospective home is safe for your family.
